I am writing this as a warning to all those considering signing up for VIP Golf Canada. Although it might see enticing at first glans, the customer service is shocking.
I booked a tee time at Copper Point in September 2012. Although, through now fault of VIP, my booking was missed by Copper Point and I could not play. VIP however still deducted the money from my linked credit card, again an oversight I could forgive.
However, it is now 7 months trying to get the charge reversed. Although Rob, VIP Director of Operations, have agreed to the refund of every occasion we spoke on the phone, he has yet to process it. My consistent enquiry and reminder has no culminated in Rob putting the phone down in my ear, and I am afraid I will never see my refund.
So, here I am, warning all potential customers of VIP Golf, that the customer service and dispute resolution of VIP Golf Canada is shocking and you are better off exploring alternatives.
