- After submitting the form, you will receive your free golf voucher as a .PDF attachment in an email sent to the address you registered with.
- Watch your email to be notified for when a participating course is open for the 2016 season and accepting free golf tee times.
- Call the individual course to book your tee time.
- Present your voucher and ID (Last six digits of your drivers license) at check-in.

RULES/RESTRICTIONS
- Must be signed up to the Windmill Golf Group mailing list to be eligible to redeem voucher.
